Specialized in Patents and Industrial Designs in the fields of Mechanic, Electric, Electronic, Telecommunications and Software. Large experience in drafting patent applications, designs, conducting prior art and FTO investigations, analysis of patentability/infringement, analysis and compliance of official actions and nullity procedures. Since 2014, has been working on the management and development of IP professionals.
