About José Manuel Marhuenda

More than 25 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property. Joined ClarkeModet Alicante in 2000, advising clients in the province, combining it with the management of the Trademarks and Community Design Department. Assumed the position of Director of the Trademarks Department of ClarkeModet Spain in 2008, with the objective of comprising all the company’s trademark units under a single management in order to provide a comprehensive service in distinctive signs to the company’s clients. Assumed responsibility for the definition and implementation of the Corporate Trademarks Department in 2015, and subsequently to Docket Management. Since 2017, he has dedicated his next professional step to transferring best practices to our clients in the business development departments in Levante and Andalusia.
