About Virginia Trinidad
Official Agent of Iltre. Has been a member of the Industrial Property Association (Member No. 775) since 2011 and has been working at ClarkeModet for more than 20 years. Specialized in the advice, management, protection, exploitation, defense and internationalization of the company’s portfolio of large domestic and foreign clients. Her expertise in the field of national trademarks both in Spain and abroad and his high qualification in advising and processing international trademarks before the WIPO and the national offices of the member countries stand out.
She collaborates as a professor in the Master’s Degree in IP and New Technologies of the Autonomous University of Madrid and the course given by COAPI for obtaining the Certificate of Aptitude of Official IP Agent granted by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
Has been a member of COAPI’s board of directors since 2023.
