About Anselmo Rodrigues
Mechanical engineer with an MBA in product and service development, active in the field of intellectual property since 2008, with extensive experience in patents and industrial designs, focusing on activities such as: patentability analysis; drafting and filing patent applications; preparation and filing of industrial design applications; compliance with the requirements for patent and industrial design applications in Brazil and abroad; preparation of FTO (Freedom To Operate), validity and infringement opinions; presentation of training courses and lectures on topics related to industrial property; and acting as a technical assistant in legal proceedings for infringement and invalidity of patents and industrial designs.
Specialised in helping clients define robust strategies for the protection and defence of industrial property assets, as well as in assessing the risks of infringement of third-party intellectual property rights and defining ‘alternative design’ strategies.
