San José Insurgentes, CP. 03900, Ciudad de México y R.F.C. CMM6805087L1, as can be ascertained from the Public Deed number 28,238, dated May the 8th, 1986, granted before the Lic. Alberto Pacheco, Public Notary number 48 of the Federal District, and inscribed in Book Third of the Section of Commerce of the Public Property Registry of the Federal District, certificate 69, page 67, volume 696.
Privacy advice
Access on the User’s behalf to any of the services and/or web contents may require that ClarkeModet should request some personal data which will be collected through the filling in of the forms available online.
ClarkeModet México is dedicated to respecting the User’s privacy and to protecting his personal data, therefore, all the data which you choose to provide us with will be incorporated in a file owned by Clarke, Modet y Compañia de México, S.A for subsequent processing. The User is aware and authorises ClarkeModet México to collect and process the solicited personal data for the purposes and under the terms displayed in each form (queries, information transfer, newsletters, etc.). The person responsible for the file may yield their data to the ClarkeModet Group companies which are detailed online with the sole purpose of providing the services solicited by the User.
The User may exercise their access, correction, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights by communicating them to Clarke, Modet y Compañia de México, S.A., by postal service to Av. Insurgentes Sur 1647, Piso 15, Of. 1502, Col. San José Insurgentes, CP. 03900, Ciudad de México or via electronic mail to privacidad@clarkemodet.com.mx.
ClarkeModet México has adopted the security levels which are legally required to protect personal data, and applied all the means and technical measures within its reach to avoid the loss, improper use, change, unauthorised access or theft of personal data provided according to the law in force.
ClarkeModet México will send our newsletter which includes innovations and news about the sector to the Users who have requested it. You may also receive communications pertaining to industrial and intellectual property, and may opt-out of these communications at any time by requesting it by electronic mail to info@clarkemodet.com.mx.
Retrieving data from curriculum vitae
In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), we inform you that the personal data contained in the CV you send us will be processed by ClarkeModet Mexico, with registered address at Av. Insurgentes Sur 1647, Floor 15, Office 1502, Col. San José Insurgentes, CP 03900, Mexico City, for the purpose of managing selection processes and evaluating future job opportunities.
The data will be kept for a maximum period of two (2) years from receipt, due to the need to have updated profiles to fill vacancies that may arise during that period, in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, quality and proportionality provided for in the LFPDPPP. After this period, or when the owner requests cancellation, a secure deletion procedure will be applied, which includes permanent removal from our databases and the destruction of physical or electronic media containing the information.
The data subject may exercise their ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition), as well as revoke the consent given, by sending a request to info@clarkemodet.com.mx, following the procedure described in our Comprehensive Privacy Notice.
