About Carolina Belmar
Carolina Belmar is an experienced executive and legal advisor with over twenty years in intellectual property, information technology, data privacy, international trade, and public policy. Proven leadership in managing interdisciplinary teams and driving innovation through legal technology.
Before joining ClarkeModet, she served as the Regional Representative for Latin America and the Caribbean at the International Trademark Association (INTA), and held senior public sector roles in Chile, most notably as Deputy Director of the Chilean Patent and Trademark Office. She has also worked as an international negotiator and legislative drafter for IP chapters in free trade agreements and related national reforms.
As Regional Managing Director for the Pacific region at ClarkeModet, he contributes to strengthening successful intellectual property strategies for our clients across three key Latin American markets: Chile, Peru, and Ecuador.
