Has more than 18 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law, developing strategies to guarantee the adequate protection of the intangible assets of companies, with a special focus on the prosecution of Trademarks and Patents at national and international level.
Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico.
Participation in national and international congresses and events related to Intellectual Property such as the annual congresses of INTA, ASIPI and Trademark Administrators & Practitioners.
Has participated in conferences in prestigious educational institutions in Mexico and has been recognized as a reference in the field by World Trademark Review and Leaders League.
Author of several articles on Industrial and Intellectual Property matters.

- Law degree from Metropolitan Autonomous University (Mexico City).
- Postgraduate degree in Business Law from La Salle University, Mexico City.
- Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies from Panamerican University.
