More than 12 years of professional experience as a lawyer specialized in intellectual and industrial property, new technologies and data protection, as well as corporate law, working with companies and clients both nationally and internationally. Participation, advice and collaboration in different areas of innovation, including protection and defense of intellectual and industrial property assets, know-how and trade secrets; new technologies and privacy protection; advice on management and use of disruptive technologies; valuation of intangible assets and transfer negotiations.
