About Flavia Dias

Deep experience in the routines and administrative procedures of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in the areas of patent annuities, five-year periods of industrial designs, trademark renewals, formal examination requirements, approvals and concessions of trademarks and patents, transfers of ownership, changes of address and/or name, issuance of registration certificates for trademarks and industrial designs, issuance of letters patent, restoration and unarchiving of patents. Department is also responsible for internal translation management. Professionals with extensive knowledge of intellectual property law and diligent with the deadlines established in this same law.

  • Bachelor of Law – Anhanguera University
  • Languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and German
