About John Fernando Ramírez
18 years of professional experience in the private and governmental sector, as well as in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property. Since 2005 in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and since 2012 in the Colombian Patent Office (SIC), developing the positions of Patent Examiner in the areas of electronics and applied biomedicine.
He has experience in the examination, prosecution / drafting of patents, preparation of FTO reports, technology watch and provided advice to biomedical and telecommunications companies in their Patent proceedings before the competent Offices.
