About Marisol Oyarzun

Professional experience as a patent analyst in the biological and pharmaceutical area in the industrial property department of an international pharmaceutical laboratory. Specialized in patent support of chemical and biological products for Chile and abroad, 360º analysis of pharma and bio products, state of the art FTOs searches and risk taking for launches, participation in Due diligences of biological products and patent litigation follow-up.

Currently working in the biological technical area of the inventions department and specializes in conducting prior art searches, prosecution of national and foreign invention patents, advice and technical support during the expert stages of the prosecution of patent applications.

Education

Biochemistry and Biochemistry degree, University of Santiago, Chile.
English-Spanish translation and liaison interpreting, EATRI.
Diploma in Intellectual Property, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile
Languages: Spanish and English.
