Account manager for a portfolio of clients, advice, maintenance, management of IP rights and definition of protection strategy, search for prior rights, assessment of trademark registrability and definition of classification of goods and services, assessment of chances of success of oppositions, preparation and sending of warning letters, preparation of responses to notices issued by INPI and EUIPO, oppositions, challenges, supplementary exhibits, revocation and invalidity actions, analysis and filing of evidence of use, trademark surveillance.
