More than 7 years of professional experience in Intellectual and Industrial Property, advising and preparing strategies for the filing of patent applications, utility models and industrial designs, from the search of the state of the art and patentability analysis, to the drafting of technical documents. Experience in advising on the development of policies and strategies for the management of intellectual assets, free exploitation and technology watch reports. Experience in advising and training private and governmental entities (including the Peruvian Intellectual Property Office – Indecopi) in patent matters. Experience in intellectual property litigation.
