More than 5 years of experience in intellectual property. He has worked in various law firms specialising in intellectual property in different areas: trademarks, copyright and litigation.
His experience includes administrative tasks related to substantive stages of the process in Mexico: registration and processing of trademarks, trade names and commercial notices, maintenance of trademarks, trade names and copyright. His practice specialises in litigation and the defence of industrial property rights.
