More than 24 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property legal advice. Specialized in the integral advice in IIP to both national and international clients in strategies for the protection and exploitation of their industrial and intellectual property rights; agreements for the assignment and licensing of industrial property rights; updating of portfolios (changes of ownership); reinstatement of industrial property rights. Specialized also in IP Consulting with special focus on: protection strategies; preparation of Due Diligence reports; trademark registration feasibility reports; Business Secrecy projects, Patent Law 24/2015 update reports; Preparation of IP policy protocols, IP diagnostics, etc.

  • Law Degree, Complutense University of Madrid. Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
