About Esther Armero

A lawyer and agent with over 20 years’ professional experience in intellectual property. She specialises in providing advice, developing strategies, and handling registration and defence matters relating to industrial and intellectual property for both domestic and international clients.

She is noted for her work on strategies for the protection and defence of distinctive signs, feasibility and infringement reports on trade marks and designs, audits of intellectual property portfolios, negotiations and coexistence agreements, and legal defence before the EUIPO, the General Court of the European Union (TGUE) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
