About Iván Fernández
Technical Consultant in the areas of mechanics, electricity and electronics, Iván is an expert in patent processing, utility models and industrial designs in Mexico and the rest of Latin America. He has extensive experience in conducting technological information searches, patentability analysis and patent drafting. Due to his academic experience in connection with the mechanical and telecommunications industry in Mexico, he is a specialist in managing matters for important independent national clients, MSMEs and start-ups.
Active member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI).
