About Maria Luisa Santa María

More than 20 years of professional experience advising local and foreign clients on the protection of their intellectual property rights, including the design and management of trademark portfolios, along with the strategic defense of other intangible assets.

Their main areas of practice also include out-of-court claims and industrial property litigation, including representation of clients in injunctions, cease and desist actions, mediation, opposition, cancellation and nullity proceedings.

Extensive experience in the negotiation, drafting and registration of licensing agreements, constitution of liens, and assignments of intellectual and industrial property rights, as well as in the negotiation of agreements.

Advice on copyright matters related to a wide variety of industries.
