About Marta Tolón

Lawyer with more than 25 years of professional experience in the area of Industrial and Intellectual Property, standing out for their specialization in the integral management of the industrial and intellectual property assets of national and foreign clients.
Advises on the prosecution and defense of distinctive signs before the SPTO, WIPO, EUIPO and foreign jurisdictions, designing protection strategies for trademarks, designs, geographical indications and appellations of origin. Also an expert in the domain name recovery procedure (UDRP).
Also advises on the drafting of licensing agreements and assignment of industrial and intellectual property rights, out-of-court dispute resolution, technology transfer agreements, audit and due diligence reports, as well as on brand defense in virtual environments.

  • Master in Industrial and Intellectual Property from the University of Alicante
