Access on the User’s behalf to any of the services and/or web contents may require that ClarkeModet should request some personal data which will be collected through the filling in of the forms available online.

ClarkeModet Uruguay is dedicated to respecting the User’s privacy and to protecting his personal data, therefore, all the data which you choose to provide us with will be incorporated in a file owned by ClarkeModet Uruguay for subsequent processing. The User is aware and authorises ClarkeModet Uruguay to collect and process the solicited personal data for the purposes and under the terms displayed in each form (queries, information transfer, newsletters, etc.). The person responsible for the file may yield their data to the ClarkeModet Group companies which are detailed online with the sole purpose of providing the services solicited by the User.

ClarkeModet Uruguay has adopted the security levels which are legally required to protect personal data, and applied all the means and technical measures within its reach to avoid the loss, improper use, change, unauthorised access or theft of personal data provided according to the law in force.

ClarkeModet Uruguay will send our newsletter which includes innovations and news about the sector to the Users who have requested it. You may also receive communications pertaining to industrial and intellectual property, and may opt-out of these communications at any time by requesting it by electronic mail to info@clarkemodet.com.uy.

RETRIEVING DATA FROM CURRICULA VITAE

In compliance with Law No. 18,331 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations, we inform you that the personal data contained in the CV you send us will be processed by ClarkeModet Uruguay, with registered office at Avenida Brasil 2986, office 804, Montevideo, for the purpose of managing selection processes and evaluating future job opportunities.

The data will be kept for a maximum period of two (2) years from receipt, due to the need to have updated profiles to fill vacancies that may arise during that period, in accordance with the principles of purpose and proportionality set forth in Law 18.331. After this period, or when the owner requests deletion, a secure deletion procedure will be applied, which includes permanent removal from our databases and the destruction of physical or electronic media containing the information.

The data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, inclusion and deletion, as well as revoke the consent given, by sending a request to info@clarkemodet.com.uy.
